Kevin Mahony

Kevin has over twenty five years of investment banking and advisory experience.  He previously was Managing Director at Sterling Business Group, an investment  banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He is a former Executive  Vice President at Hamilton,Carter,Smith & Co., an investment banking firm  specializing in the bank, thrift and mortgage banking industries. He has advised  a wide variety of clients with respect to all aspects of acquisitions,  divestitures, valuations, securitizations, hedging and strategic planning. Kevin  also served as Vice President with ICC, a privately held banking firm where he  advised clients on restructuring and refinancing alternatives. Mr. Mahony has an excellent understanding of the processes that companies need to master in order to grow and thrive in their marketplace.  Kevin holds a BA in Business Economics and a BS in Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

John Mahony

John has over twenty five years of investment banking and real estate and corporate consulting experience. He previously was a founder and Managing Director of Sterling Business Group, an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He was the founder of West Coast Property Consultants, a California commercial real estate tax consulting firm, and began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in Southern California.  John has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and spent sixteen years as the lead manager on numerous M&A transactions covering a broad range of industries across the US.  He has provided strategic operations and corporate consulting as well as Board level advisory to new startups. As a consultant to mature companies he has provided advisory services to senior management, operations and finance departments, as well as field staff.  He has also held COO positions to successfully restructure clients' companies and dramatically improve production and profitability.
